What Will You Do?

1. Search for Candidates Online

Use recruitment websites and other channels to search for potential candidates, identify suitable profiles, and support daily recruitment activities.

2. Contact and Engage Candidates

Contact candidates by phone, introduce job opportunities, confirm their interest and availability, and arrange interviews.

3. Support the Full Recruitment Process

Participate in the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding support.

4. Support Large-Scale Recruitment Projects

Take part in large-scale blue-collar recruitment projects involving more than 1,000 hires, helping the team coordinate recruitment activities and meet hiring targets.

5. Track Recruitment Progress

Update candidate information in the recruitment system, maintain recruitment records, and help track interview schedules and hiring progress.

Who Are We Looking For?

🎓 Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Students from all academic backgrounds are welcome, especially those interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related fields.

🇬🇧 Language

You have good Hungarian and English communication skills and can communicate confidently with local candidates by phone and in writing. And can communicate effectively in an international, English-speaking workplace.

💬 Communication

You are confident in communicating with people, comfortable making phone calls, and able to communicate with candidates in a clear and professional manner.

🔍 Proactive & Detail-Oriented

You are willing to learn, take initiative, and work carefully with candidate information and recruitment tasks.

💻 Basic Computer Skills

You are comfortable using computers and online platforms. Experience with Excel or recruitment websites is a plus.

⏰ Availability

You are able to commit to the agreed internship schedule and work on-site at our office in Szeged, Hungary.
