We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee vehicle quality across the entire product lifecycle—from pre-sales to after-sales, including service and production quality. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure premium product quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Quality Responsibilities:

• Visit compounds to monitor PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) performance.

• Inspect vehicles for verification and follow up on issues until resolved.

2. After-Sales Quality Responsibilities:

• Conduct localized adaptive testing before launching in the market and drive product improvements.

• Collect after-sales issues from EU market dealers, provide feedback to relevant departments, support on-site analysis and countermeasure verification, and ensure resolution.

• Research local road conditions, user profiles, and legal requirements in the EU market to assist in product definition.

3. Service Quality Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate dealer service quality during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Production quality responsibilities

• Support production quality through activities such as supplier audits, vehicle evaluations, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of driving issue closure.

• Data & Analytics: Solid data monitoring and analysis capabilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional coordination and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for communicating with HQ engineering teams.
