Job Responsibilities

• Contact with Chinese KD business colleagues internally to get Booking/Shipping status of sales orders;

• Contact with Carrier/Forwarder/Customs clearance agent, track shipping status, prepare customs clearance document (in GTS system), handover of relevant documents like B/L, track T1 transit and customs clearance status, monitor the overall logistics of goods delivery to Szeged factory based on time schedule;

• Weekly and monthly operation quality monitoring and data analysis;

• Manage Carrier/Forwarder, communicate with Carrier/Forwarder to resolve operational anomalies in time (through weekly, monthly meetings, etc.);

• Be responsible for the collection and sorting of relevant expenses and the application for payment (TMS);

• Will have some chance to visit the factory on site or business trip to other Hungary city or European countries.

• Compliance risk control: understand import policies, follow up changes in customs, tariff and trade policies, and avoid credit and compliance risks.

Requirements:

• Have relevant operation experience in import and export;

• Familiar with sea/air/land FCL, LCL, and bulk cargo import and export operation procedures and customs declaration and inspection procedures, and master the operational characteristics of each port;

• Well organized thoughts, quick-witted, outgoing and open-minded, responsible and good at communication;

• Skilled in English listening/speaking/reading/writing, capable of directly communicating with Chinese colleagues;

• Familiar with various office software, such as PPT /EXCEL.
