What Will You Do?
1. Review & Proofread Translations
Review localized content for in-vehicle user interfaces (UI), voice interaction, navigation, maps, and other user-facing automotive content from a native-speaker perspective.
2. Make Localization Feel Natural
Identify translations that are inaccurate, unnatural, grammatically incorrect, inconsistent, or culturally inappropriate, and help ensure they sound natural to local users.
3. Improve the User Experience
Provide clear language corrections and localization suggestions to make in-vehicle content more accurate, natural, readable, and user-friendly.
4. Ensure Language Consistency
Review terminology and expressions across different vehicle functions and content to maintain consistent language style and terminology.
5. Support Localization Projects
Document language and localization issues, communicate findings with the project team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the in-vehicle user experience.
Who Are We Looking For?
🌍 Native Speaker
You are a native speaker of one of the following languages and have a strong understanding of local expressions, language usage, and culture:
German, French, Spanish (Spain), Polish, Dutch, Uzbek, English, Hebrew, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese (Portugal), Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Hungarian, Russian, Serbian (Latin), Slovenian, Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Bosnian (Latin), Finnish, Greek, Romanian, Czech, Croatian, Slovak, Kazakh, Catalan, Bulgarian, Ukrainian.
You have a strong sense of language and attention to detail, and can spot issues in grammar, terminology, wording, and consistency.
🎓 Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Students majoring in languages, translation, linguistics, communications, or related fields are welcome, but your major does not have to be automotive-related.
🇬🇧 English
You have good English skills and can understand work requirements and communicate effectively in an international workplace.
💬 Communication
You can clearly explain language issues and provide practical, well-reasoned translation or localization suggestions.
🚗 Interest in Mobility & Technology
An interest in automotive products, new energy vehicles, in-vehicle technology, or localization is a plus.
No automotive, software development, or engineering background is required.
