We are looking for an HR professional with strong expertise in labour relations who can ensure smooth employee–employer interactions and compliance in a fast growing and dynamic international environment. If you have hands-on experience in handling employee relations matters, a solid understanding of the Hungarian Labour Code, and strong communication skills, we welcome you to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Employee Management:
  Responsible for screening CVs, and arranging interviews, supporting the recruitment process from application to selection.
  Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, employment contract signing, and employee documentation.
  Participate in maintaining and updating employee information and HR records.
  

• Conflict Resolution & Mediation:
  Listen to employee grievances, lead formal investigations into misconduct or any other type of misbehavior, and mediate disputes fairly between parties.
  Organize employee activities to strengthen team cohesion and employee engagement.
  Support performance evaluation processes and employee development plans, and follow up on implementation.
  

• Training and Development:
  Support the planning and organization of employee training and development programs.
  Follow up on training effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement.
  

• Policy Implementation and Compliance Management
  Advise managers and other stakeholders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and the uniform application of company rules.
  Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  Manage employee off boarding procedures and support the proper and compliant handling of employment-related documentation.
  

• Data & Trends Analysis:
  Organize exit interviews, review the outcome, turnover metrics identify workplace culture issues and recommend proactive solutions.
  

• Employee relation related activities:
  Strengthen employee retention by designing and optimizing programs that deepen local employees’ sense of belonging, engagement, and long-term commitment to the organization.

Requirements:

• Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Hungarian labor law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR generalist, employee relations, labor compliance, or similar roles

- Strong knowledge of local and international employment laws and best practices,

- Strong commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.

• Soft skills:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good communication and cooperation skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage a demanding workload effectively.
- Confident use of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Languages
  - Fluent Hungarian and English required
