Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of Junior Social Insurance Contribution Specialist , who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end social insurance contribution processes for the Hungary site(s), ensuring accurate and timely monthly, mid-month pay-roll processing working very close with the pay-roll specialist colleagues.

• Independently calculate social insurance contribution elements as a pay agent (e.g. administration of CSED, GYED, GYES, sick pay, and other benefits) and ensure correct handling of them, validate calculations, review outputs, and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure social insurance contribution elements entries and reporting are compliant with Hungarian Labor Code and align them with internal policies.

• Maintain social insurance contribution elements data accuracy and confidentiality; manage employee social insurance contribution elements records and support audits and internal controls.

• Preparing and filing social security contribution returns as a pay agent.

• Submitting data reports (e.g. Social insurance contribution pay agent monthly reports, Hungarian Central Statistical Office—annual, quarterly), preparing reports and statistics for and regulatory authorities.

• Provide professional support to employees and stakeholders by handling social insurance contribution elements inquiries and explaining its components in a clear, compliant manner.

• Cooperate closely with Division HR, Finance colleagues and business leaders to continuously improve pay-roll related processes, efficiency, and compliance.

• Support statutory reporting and cooperation with relevant authorities as required, and ensure documentation is up to date.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Advance knowledge level of labor and employment and social insurance contribution related laws and regulations.

• Able to handle social insurance contribution - related work independently for a large workforce (over 500 employees).

• Monitoring the current legal environment (Labor Code, tax and social security laws) and implementing changes.

• Knowledge of integrated payroll and time-tracking systems (Nexon EHR knowledge is an advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Fluent Hungarian and capable to communicate English as a working language.

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll calculation.

• Positive attitude, strong work motivation, high resilience, and strong adaptability.

• Experience gained in a multinational, matrix organization.
