Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of General Specialist, who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for translation work, including document translation, meeting interpretation, and other language support

• Responsible for liaising with relevant local government departments concerning material recycling activities

• Assist the department in conducting market research and collecting and organizing information on relevant industries

• Assist the department in collecting and organizing customs clearance documents and supporting communication and coordination throughout the customs declaration process

• Act as a communication bridge between the department, the domestic team, and other departments

• Supports the manager with HR-related and administrative tasks.

• Responsible for the management of departmental assets.

• Responsible for handling employees’ administration matters.

• Responsible for implementing and verifying relevant data reports to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Chinese and Hungarian, with strong communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (similar office software) able to analyze data and prepare reports.

• Experience in material recycling, logistics, supply chain, or related industries is preferred.

• Basic project management skills and ability to follow up on tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong sense of responsibility, execution skills, and a conscientious work attitude, ability to work under pressure.
