Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of Employee Relations Specialist, who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Support employee relations and HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and professional workplace environment.
  

• Act as a point of contact for employees, listening to their concerns and helping resolve workplace issues and conflicts.
  

• Provide support and guidance on social security and employee benefits, including social security administration, workplace injury reporting, medical benefits and maternity-related support.
  

• Handle employee requests and cases with care, confidentiality and professionalism.
  

• Support the company in ensuring fair and consistent application of workplace rules and policies.
  

• Work closely with employees and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and maintain good employee relations.

Requirements:

• Language requirements: Fluency in Hungarian and English;

• Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred;

• Work experience: more than 1 year of relevant work experience;

• Skills & competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, a team-oriented mindset, a high level of professionalism and responsibility, and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
