Job Description
As a Logistics Specialist (Jun/Med), you will support logistics, warehouse, inventory, documentation, system operation, and daily logistics process management within the plant. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate material receipt, delivery, storage, data maintenance, inventory support, system troubleshooting, and effective cooperation with related departments to maintain smooth logistics operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support logistics warehouse operations, including material receipt, delivery, storage, inventory handling, accounting-related records, and daily on-site logistics activities.
Maintain, check, and archive logistics documents, material receipt and delivery records, storage documents, inventory reports, customs declaration data, import/export files, and other related documentation.
Support rolling inventory, mid-year inventory, year-end inventory, and other stocktaking activities, and assist in identifying, analyzing, and correcting inventory or data discrepancies.
Maintain material and logistics-related data in the system, handle system abnormalities, support system operation and maintenance, and follow up on issue resolution.
Test new system functions, provide feedback on test results, collect business requirements, prepare improvement proposals, and support the development of logistics-related digital processes.
Cooperate with production, warehouse, logistics, customs, IT, finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate information flow, and efficient logistics processes.
Support the implementation of internal procedures, operational standards, and safety requirements, participate in continuous improvement activities, and complete other job-related tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Requirements
High school diploma or above is required; qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Warehouse Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse management, on-site logistics operations, inventory management, production support, automotive OEM, third-party logistics, or an overseas project environment is preferred.
Hungarian language knowledge is required for daily work; English knowledge is preferred, especially for documentation, system use, and cooperation with international teams.
Confident use of MS Office and office software; knowledge of warehouse management processes, logistics systems, material data maintenance, inventory processes, customs/import-export documentation, and related operational standards is preferred.
Accurate, patient, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality with strong stress tolerance, good communication and problem-solving skills, a collaborative attitude, and willingness to take responsibility.
